My favorite place to get pizza in South Lakeland hands down! Customer service is 10/10 even when they are very busy. Everyone is kind and smiling. The food is always delicious. They go above and beyond for every customer. I went in this evening for a pickup order and I’m just sitting here impressed with how they care for all their customers, even when they are busy. Even the cooks are smiling. Great job to all of you! It’s no wonder why you are the hometown favorite. I’m a fan and customer for life.

The food was tasty, my friends had been here before and thought I would enjoy it. I got the rigatoni and was not disappointed. The space is a bit tight and moderately noisy but gives that boisterous Italian family energy which I don't mind. When we came in the staff was friendly (around 6:45pm) but I think they may have unspoken table turnover time expectations? We were a maybe 1/3 into our food when a young lady from the kitchen came to ask if we wanted her to box up our "leftovers." She actually reached for my friend's plate while she was trying to take a bite - it was so bizarre. We had to explain to her, no thank you we are still eating. As we finished eating, and then as we were chatting while I was finishing my wine, it just felt like we were being pushed out the door over and over despite being there just 90mins. It was all it's very odd and not something I have ever experienced. Granted it was a Saturday aroy 8pm by then - so perhaps they had reservations that needed the table, but they were not very subtle or elegant about the way that they tried to turn over the table. Kinda upset. The food here is good but crazy expensive. I placed a to-go order of chicken parm and asked to substitute marinara sauce for vodka sauce, and there was an upcharge for that. I also ordered rigatoni with garlic and oil. Total charge: $33.71. One thin chicken breast. I understand costs are high but make up for it with a larger portion of pasta. The order of rigatoni with garlic and oil that I was charged $10 for was the same size as the spaghetti that came with the chicken parm. Disappointed 😞 I gave two stars for the atmosphere due to the heavy gas smell in the restaurtant.

So I've recently started coming here since about aug. Last year and been getting slices Everytime just because they r cheaper than buying a pie and fills my pizza craving . Every time I come here I feel its like I got to tell em how to cook my slices . I know u have the slices already made but how u serve me a (warm) pizza slice . Not even a crispy crust or anything . So than I tell em to give it to me hotter . Look at this the chicken is just falling off the pizza. It's dry and it looks like they just threw it on while it was in the oven . This palace pizza sucks compared to the mulberry one . I don't know how it has a good rating . U have Spanish people running a Italian joint which is one thing but how are to of the same franchise completely different. If you want palace pizza go to mulberry

Delizioso! I love trying neighborhood Italian restaurants when I travel and my experience here was fantastic! Friday nights are busy, but it didn't take long to get a table. Everything my group sampled was fresh and delicious!! I recommend the Rustica Salad, Rigatoni Norcina (sausage, bacon, mushrooms in a light cream sauce), White Pizza (we added fresh basil on top), and the authentic cannolis! Peruse the Weekly Specials board if you can't decide what to try! My hosts, who are regulars, say it's all perfection-- all the way down to the al dente noodles!!
